Added a New Respawn Option

In this update, there is a new option in the Host Menu HUD.  Players can choose to disable or enable respawn. In a 1v1, there won't be much of a difference, but in a larger server, players who fall off the map will be spectating until one player is remaining. Then, everyone will be respawned in the middle of the map.
